Note: Any information collected will be kept confidential.
Please indicate if your family plans to sleep in Camp Omagh's accommodations, or if you are bringing your own (motor home, camper, tent, etc.) If bringing your own, please also indicate if you require an electrical connection. NOTE: If you have a preference for the parking site of your motor home or camper, please indicate that as well. While we will do our best to accommodate you, Camp Omagh cannot guarantee any particular site.
Our desire is to create a safe environment for campers and staff. Please explain in detail any relevant personal history regarding allergies, medical needs, behaviors and learning.
Camp Omagh requires that campers, who have potentially life-threatening conditions (such as peanut allergies) be able to manage their exposure to those substances, provide two sets of medication, and be familiar with its use.
All families must submit a signed copy of the Peacekeeper Agreement. Download a copy here then review and attach your completed copy below.
