Registration Forms

When they are available, you can find the Camp registration forms for 2012 in a link below. Please print off one of each form per camper, and mail them to the address on the form.

Note: personal cheques are not accepted after June 30th and there is a $15 administration fee to any unpaid portions after June 30th.
