The Board of Directors is responsible for the ongoing activities of Camp Omagh. The Corporation Members elect eleven members to sit on the board and manage the camp on their behalf. Each board member sits on at least one of three committees: Personnel and Program, Publicity and Membership and Maintenance and Projects.

Serving on the Board of Directors for the 2008 camp season are:

Personnel and Program Committee

The Personnel and Program Committee is responsible for maintaining up-to-date Program Director and Counsellor Manuals, organizing the Ontario Christian Camping/Program Directors Workshop, and overseeing the hiring and supervision of full-time staff.

Publicity and Membership Committee

The Publicity and Membership Committee is responsible for updating the brochures for both the youth and adult programs, writing and formatting newsletters for distribution to the Corporation, general advertising of the camp, as well as maintaining and increasing the corporation membership.

Maintenance and Projects Committee

The Maintenance and Projects Committee is responsible for maintaining the physical property which is located in Milton, Ontario. This includes maintaining the lawn, upgrading fixtures, and repairing any damages. This committee is also responsible for completing any board approved projects, like the newly renovated McKerlie House Common Room.
